Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in case of:

• Damaged product

• Manufacturing defect

• Wrong item delivered

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Supporting images/videos must be shared for verification

Refund Process
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Products
Customized, made-to-order, or specially fabricated products are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
